L emplacement exceptionnel et la quiétude du lieu…
Les possibles balades à pied au sein de la presqu’île île à découvrir… 😉 en venant ) et en bateau dans la sublime mer d émeraude ( possibilité aussi de faire du kite surf que nous n avons pas fait)…
Les makis qui viennent nous voir matin et soir…
La qualité des repas avec notamment les produits de la mer frais… ( le tartare de perroquet préparé par Joël… une merveille )

I had a great time at the hotel, mainly thanks to Stéphano, who made sure guests had a wonderful stay by organizing activities, sharing useful information, and always being helpful. The rest of the staff was also very kind and supportive throughout my stay.
The hotel has great potential, but it would benefit from some investment to improve the infrastructure. The food was good, although the quality could be improved compared to other places in the area.

Beautiful setting. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, particularly the kitesurfing instructor Stefano, Justine and the chef. Good food. It could be an amazing hotel, but it needs a bit of work.
Despite stating on Booking.com that airport transfers were included, it turns out they weren't and the hotel wanted to charge us 50 EUR each way. We definitely felt that they should have been included given the price of the accommodation. Communication was terrible - once booked via Booking.com it took several emails before we heard from anyone at the hotel. It says that there is wifi throughout the hotel which was not the case - it didn't work at all in our room and only partially worked in communal areas. The pool was dirty and many of the common parts looked a little neglected. Whilst the Emerald Sea is a beautiful spot for kitesurfing, it was quite tricky to launch from this hotel (there is no beach so you have to launch your kite on the grass then walk down some slippery stone steps), making it a difficult spot for anyone who is still relatively new to kitesurfing. We felt it was way too expensive for what it was, given the cost of other resorts in the area.
