it had free parking which is the most important thing to consider whe i make hotel reservations and it is a pretty place
all was good but if i have to say the only minnor thing is that; the hotel is a little bit far to the center area but it was all good.

El alojamiento está hermoso! La habitación que nos tocó fue una maravilla. Tuvimos el gusto de conocer a Yëss y Liz y ambas fueron muy atentas, amables y profesionales y se encargaron de que no nos faltara nada. Nos dieron información adicional del hotel e incluso nos ofrecieron tomar un tour de luciérnagas. La habitación estaba muy cómoda y muy limpia. Adecuada para descansar y trabajar. Me había hospedado anteriormente en otro hotel y definitivamente elegir Cerro Rojo fue la mejor coincidencia, a partir de ahora mi estancia en cada visita será ahí. Espero volver en Agosto u Octubre y poder rentar su terraza que también está hermosa. Tanto las chicas como el hotel se merecen 5 estrellas. Es más, incluso me tocó coincidir con la chica de limpieza y fue súper amable también, claramente todos están en el mismo canal de brindar un servicio excepcional. Gracias a Yess y Liz por todo ❤️
TODO NOS ENCANTÓ, Tal vez solo recomendaría agregar una plancha en la habitación jeje, olvidé la mía en casa y no me pude poner mi camisa. De ahí todo PERFECTO.

El diseño de la habitación es muy linda
El control o la tele no servía, me la cambiaron pero aún así no se logró y como llevaba una tablet ya no acepté el que vinieran a repararla. Las almohadas principales estaban muy laxas que me dió tortícolis. Y el estacionamiento un poquito enredado para llegar y con lugares muy limitados
