Clean and comfortable. Beds in dorms were really nice and lots of privacy. Staff were the friendliest and kindest. Helped me book trips and onward transport so easily. Though my favourite part may have been the nest chairs…so comfy!!! Around a 20 minute walk to the night market

The common areas were clean, and the hostel has some nice facilities like a table tennis area where travelers can relax and spend time together.
The biggest issue was safety. For a hostel rated 9.6, I expected to feel secure with my belongings, but I didn’t. Guests are required to leave their shoes at reception, yet there is no locker or secure storage like in Japan. Because of that, I lost one of my shoes.
Also, although the facilities are okay, the overall experience didn’t match the high rating.
