The location, the host she was very very nice
All felt really new and nice
Air conditioner was great
The toilet made noises all the time, and probably we didn't notice but it's a room in an some type of apartment, some times we heard the neighbor's when they got in and out

The room was really beautiful and very modern and clean. Comfortable bed and good A/C. We ran out of toilet paper and they were super responsive at bringing some more. The location is brilliant, really in the heart of things but not loud.
It's in old Naples so this is expected but there were a lot of stairs - I don't mind this but do think it should be in the description for accessibility reasons. The second door was pretty difficult top open, but honestly im just being picky.

The central location was excellent. The property owner was exceptional. So incredibly helpful and on hand to answer our queries. A great base to explore the historical area of Naples.
