Adorable apartment in San Marco!

Darling apartment in a great location. So many extra touches with presentation and decor. Our flight came in late and Camilla was so flexible to accommodate a much later arrival. Camilla was also so helpful with recommendations for food and how to navigate to the apartment. I would highly recommend asking her any questions you have ahead of time to clarify your arrival. Venice is so tricky to navigate! And, she was more than helpful.

Unfortunately, our wifi did not work and we were unable to contact Camilla to let her know as our phone did not work for any wifi communication. Which made us feel a bit isolated. But, the apartment was wonderful!

Fantastic

Beautifully located within close proximity to all restaurants & shops . I am disabled walking a a huge problem but the elevator and location meant I could go out & return very quickly when I felt weak . Surrounded by coffee shops restaurants souvenir shops and 3 mins walk to Rialto station . Get a water taxi from the airport to Rialto don’t get a car as you still must travel by water if you can’t walk . The water taxi men are amazingly patio and helpful

I want to start by saying that Camilla is an excellent host, very accommodating, friendly and keen on helping guests get the most out of their stay in Venice. She went out of her way to accommodate us when we arrived early on the first day by allowing us to store our luggage in the apartment while the place was being cleaned. In addition, when there was an internet failure due to external circumstances, she came over and set-up her own internet router so that we could have internet. I would give this property 12/10 if it wasn't for one thing: the air conditioning was set at a temperature that was not cold enough to deal with the very hot and humid Venice weather in August (there is no possibility to adjust the a/c). Because it was so hot, we needed to sleep with the windows open. That meant mosquitos got in and made it difficult to sleep at night. In addition, since the windows were not closed and the location is right in a popular spot in Venice (close to Rialto bridge), it was noisy up to about 2am (loud talking, screaming, people playing music, etc...) and then again at 7am when people are active again. Because it faces a square, the noise is amplified and really carries. Despite the apartment being meticulously maintained (it looks brand new), very well decorated and with a very comfortable bed, we barely slept the whole time we were there. If the a/c can be adjusted (or even if a fan was provided as a minimum), I would certainly stay here again as it's a wonderful place in a great location with a fantastic host.

Air conditioning needs to be better and/or a fan provided to avoid needing to keep the windows open at night and deal with mosquitos and noise.

It's a beautiful little apartment in the heart of Venice and I can recommend it.

Location superb, right in the heart of Venice. Very clean and comfortable apartment.

Air-conditioning could not be changed according to local regulations apparently. It was fixed at a temperature which was by no means cool enough to cope with the high outside temperatures we experienced. It didn't matter so much by day, as we were always out, but sleeping at night was not easy. The air-conditioning unit was located in the lounge and was not powerful enough or had a temperature low enough to adequately cool our bedroom. I slept on the couch in the lounge as a consequence.

a really great, central place which was relatively easy to get to (important in Venice) and the best hosts ever

amazing property, so central to everything and Betty and Camilla were so helpful all the way through. great communication and went above and beyond with recommendations on places to eat etc, non touristy. the square is great with a lovely cafe and so close to everything but a haven as well from the madness of the crowds. The lift was a bonus with our suitcases. we can’t speak highly enough of the hosts Betty and Camilla, truly lovely people who genuinely want you to fall in love with Venice. the best bnb we have ever stayed in!

perfect location just wish appartment was cleaner. felt like we couldn’t take shoes off in bathroom. thankfully they gav

the property was in the perfect position and great decor. spacious and had everything you needed.

didn’t like the size of bathroom or the cleanliness of bathroom. also the shower drain got blocked which was quickly seen to by Camilla. the kitchen cutlery and glasses needed washing before use as were not clean also.

Great location and lovely apartment with everything you could ask for during a short stay in Venice. Hosts lovely and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Venice.

The apartment is nice and cosy in a super central location close to the main attractions. Very responsive host.

The soundproofing of the main bedroom, bit noisy outside during the night.

Amazing Few Days in Venice

Beautiful apartment a few streets away from St. Marks Square. The location is a perfect base to see Venice, near Rialto Bridge and the water taxi stops. There is a stove to use if you want to cook, we didn't cook in the apartment as there are gorgeous restaurants nearby.

Good location. Beautiful rooms and view. All you need on the kitchen to cook

We couldn't pick up the keys for more than an hour. I called the number they provided, write on What's Up, on Booking but no answer. Then someone called, barely speaks English and told me, that they provided the direction where to pick up the keys, but I didn't have the directions. I've called several times and write everywhere I can for more than an hour. We were thinking of booking another place, but after an hour and constantly calling and writing we got the directions. It was very bad experience

magical stay in Venice

the property is in the busy area of Venice, position wonderful and easy to get anywhere of the location. apartment was great had everything you could think of plus more. host was amazing couldn’t do enough for us even has a guide to help you out. couldn’t ask for anything more, it all made or stay in Venice magical..

Fantastic stay

Great location, you are right in the centre of everything. You have the ferry to the islands just around the corner, St. Marks square is a 2min walk away. Rivollte bridge 5min. We were two friends traveling around and by staying at this apartment gave us a bit of privacy. Beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming, they greeted us at the airport as our flight was delayed and provided us with useful information. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Super great location with windows overlooking a beautiful square. Located within a nice period building. Close to all major attractions. Lovely open plan kitchen/meals/living area with quality furnishings which all felt like being at home. Extremely friendly owners who were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Offered some sweets + city map + slippers + personal toiletries on arrival which was a great welcoming touch. I would stay here again without hesitation.

None to note all was great. Bathroom a bit small but you expect this when in Venice and in such a great location.

Idyllic and perfect location for touring Venice.

perfect location, clean, tidy, gorgeous interior decor. great amenities and the owners were so helpful. had small issue with previous occupants switching off the hot water, called the owners at 9pm at night, they called right back, talked us through fixing or were happy to call plumber if needed. amazing service. would book again.

Dream vacation in reality

The hostess, Elisabetta, was extremely helpful, attentive and went over and beyond to see i had the greatest ease and comfort. Her advice on what to do and see was very useful too. The appartement was a dream, every aspect well thought out. I definitely see myself coming back to this appartement for another stay. Merci bcp Elisabetta!

Beautiful, classy place in perfect location!

The house itself is so charming and the view into san Luca square is entertaining all day!

The airconditioning is super helpful but rather loud, and the bathroom could use a shelf or similar. Otherwise lovely!

We were unexpectedly upgraded. We found it very nice.

We managed to cook ourselves with the equipment we found. However, it could be equipped a little better. We had to improvise a bit with the available resources.

Wonderful experience

Camilla is awesome. We were impressed with her profesionalism and friendliness. We really enjoyed our stay, everything clean and working. Beatiful apartment. Breakfast was delicious. It was worth it! Location is great, close to the main attractions.

The bell close to the place is kind of loud.
