Good

The Holiday home was well equipped with a cooker, fridge freezer dishwasher, wash machine, coffee machine and microwave, and all the pots pans and cutlery . There is air con and heaters, the TV has only French channels.

there is a tourist tax (which is the normal ) if you require bed linen and a towel (only bath towel no hand towel) there is a charge of 12 euros per person, also a charge for the electricity of 20 cents per Kwh

Nichts!!!!

Das Haus war sehr dreckig ÜBERALL WAREN INSEKTEN. Die Matratzen waren voll mit Blut und Urinflecken, ES WAREN SEHR SEHR GROẞE FLECKEN worauf ich dann auch schlafen musste und es war einfach nur ekelhaft und inakzeptabel, worauf wir die Frau Martine Bescheid gegeben haben, sie aber die ganze Zeit "Excusez-moi" gesagt hat und nichts gemacht hat. Als wir dort ankamen mussten wir alles selber sauber machen. Beim Verlassen der Unterkunft konnte man die Tür nicht mal richtig abschließen. Wir haben zweimal Booking in England und Novasol kontaktiert und keiner hat uns geholfen. Wir haben "Le Cyprès" gebucht und wir haben "Le Jardin" bekommen. Die Rauchmelder waren alle ohne Batterien. Das Gaskochfeld war so alt, dass es nicht mehr im Betrieb sein sollte und es war sehr schmutzig von den vorherigen Gästen. Der Poolbereich, die Toilette und die Umkleidekabine waren sehr sehr schmutzig. Novasol und Booking sind echt sehr unprofessionell. Einfach nur lächerlich, dass wir 60€ für die Endreinigung bezahlt haben, sie aber das Haus sauberer bekommen hat als wir es bekommen haben. Wir haben mehr als 10 Stunden sauber gemacht und gelüftet und sie hat uns nicht mal geholfen. Als wir dort auch ankamen gab es keine Handseife, kein Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer und keine Stühle. Einfach nur schrecklich. Wir haben dort 13 Nächte übernachtet und wir haben für diesen Mist 1400€ bezahlt, dafür wäre ich lieber Zuhause geblieben. Von Booking haben wir für die nächste Reise ein Gutschein von 37,99€ bekommen. Echt lächerlich diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!! Wir werden NIE WIEDER mehr etwas über Booking buchen. Obwohl wir Booking Bilder geschickt haben wurde nichts getan. SCHÄMT EUCH!!!!!! Das ihr mit solchen Betrügern zusammen arbeitet. Wir haben alles mit Fotos dokumentiert.
