Lovely appointed historic building near Bachelors beach and it’s amazing snorkeling. Property had beautiful grounds that attracts parakeets and other birds. Lots of places to sit and relax outside in the property. Breakfast outside on a covered patio. Laura (one of the owners) was very friendly and welcoming!

It was in a quiet part of Belnem and the bed was very comfortable so we slept really well. As windsurfers, the location was perfect - just a quick drive to the beach every morning.
A rack in our garden area to hang our wet clothes and towels would have been useful.

Great outdoor kitchen - we loved do to our own cooking
The staff was pretty unfriendly and grumpy, room was so bright that we could not sleep. Location directly next to the airport with a lot of noise. Amenities extremely poor for a hotel - no shower gel, no shampoo, they don't clean the room or remove the trash. Nothing. The breakfast was a joke - just an unasked cup of yogurt and a pot of tea. Nothing else - not even a cup or teaspoon with the pot of tea. They can definitely improve a lot on service quality!
