Confort et tranquillité à Cozumel

Bel établissement très bien tenu à proximité du débarcadère, du centre et de tous les services mais suffisamment à l'écart du bruit et de l'agitation. Très joli patio arboré et équipé (table, chaises longues, bbq...) Jolie chambre très confortable avec un petit coin kitchenette (frigo, cafetière..) et une grande salle de bain. Mise à disposition en libre service d'eau potable, de thé et café.. Bonne connexion Wi-Fi. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Teresa qui nous a donné beaucoup de (bons) conseils pour profiter de notre séjour sur la belle Cozumel ! Très bonne adresse pour un séjour agréable sur l'île, nous recommandons vivement.

Great location and customer service

Teresa is super helpful, and organised a snorkeling trip for me. She was also able to let us know when the harbour was open, as it had been closed due to wind. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette including large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and cutlery, bowls plates etc to make simple breakfast items in our room, and kettle in the main kitchen for teas coffees. Free drinking water available. The garden is large and peaceful, with plenty of seating. The location is great, close to ferry port and in Centro for bars/restaurants. There are also bicycles you can borrow.

There was no bin in our room, apart from bathroom bin. And it would have been good if coffee paper filters for the coffee pot could be included that would be helpful. One of the nights the bar next door played loud music till late. However due to central location this happens everywhere. Not the guesthouse fault but something to bear in mind

Excellent experience at Casa del Solar!

This is a gem in San Miguel. Teresa is awesome and will help you as much or as little as you prefer. She can answer any questions you have about Cozumel or help you find the things you need. This is a very safe hotel in a very safe area. The room was modern and extremely clean (daily). The courtyard and sitting areas are great to relax in. I was able to wander off from Casa del Solar in any direction and always felt safe, day and night. The ocean is only one block away, and you can walk for miles in either direction. Journey up to 10th to explore away from the tourist area. This place was perfect for my stay, and I would definitely book here again.

We would definitely go back to Casa del Solar.

Everything was perfect. We really liked our room, thought it was well appointed and found that the bed was very comfortable. The common kitchen area was well equipped and organised. The courtyard is private and peaceful, it’s a great place to sit and read. This small hotel is very conveniently located right in the centre of town, a short walk from the ferry terminal.

Alojamiento con encanto y muy auténtico en una ubicación inmejorable

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecto, no se escuchan ruidos por la noche y la atención de Teresa es muy buena. Nos recomendó playas y restaurantes, estuvo muy atenta con nosotros. El alojamiento está decorado con mucho gusto y encanto.

No le doy un 10 por el agua de la ducha, salía un hilo muy fino que dificultaba la ducha y era imposible lavarse el pelo. Si es una estancia corta de dos días como la nuestra, no hay problema.

Lovely little hotel right in centre

I came across this lovely place on Booking and I’m glad we stayed here . Teresa literally goes out of her way to help you with everything . She explained everything to us as soon as we arrived and was super helpful and hospitable . Our room was huge with working air con and lovely bathroom with hot water . We also had microwave and fridge . Hotel has a little commune area with the kitchen and you can also buy little gifts for cheap there . It also has a little courtyard where you can sunbathe and relax . Teresa’s dog Bookin is also very friendly . We loved staying here and definitely will be back .

There is nothing I didn’t like , maybe just that also you are based central , nice beaches are bit further , about 15 minute drive . Which didn’t really bother us that much to be honest

Ganz ok

Die Unterkunft ist hübsch eingerichtet und sehr nah am Fähranleger. Alles ist super gut zu erreichen. Bad ist hübsch und sehr sauber

Mein Zimmer hatte eine verbindungstuere zur privaten Wohnung der Inhaberin, die einen Hund hat. Er hat viel gebellt. Durch die Türe habe ich zudem viel aus der Wohnung gehört, Schritte, handyklingeln, tv. Auch spät nachts noch, obwohl man als Gast gebeten wird, ab 22 Uhr leise zu sein. Diese verbindungstuere hat meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst, ich hatte immer das Gefühl, gleich steht einer im Raum.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleiner Gemeinschaftsküche. Teresa ist ein super Host. Sie kümmert sich um jedes Problem. Wir waren das 2.Mal dort. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. 10 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt.

Super Aufenthalt

Die Gastgeberin Teresa war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das süße Guesthouse hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen! Der Innenhof war super entspannt und gemütlich zum frühstücken, man konnte immer Trinkwasser auffüllen und die Gemeinschafsküche benutzen.

Un 10 en todo!

Me gustó mucho todo. La casa tiene un encanto especial y una decoración muy isleña. Está muy limpia y en una ubicación top en la isla. Doña Teresa te hace muy buenas recomendaciones para que visites los puntos más interesantes y que no te puedes perder de Cozumel, sin duda volveré seguro!!

A casa é muito bem localizada, fica a poucos metros do ferry da Ultramar. Limpeza impecável e possui um pequeno pátio a céu aberto.

Accueil très sympathique de la part de Teresa, elle nous a donné un plan et a pris le temps de nous donner des recommandations pour notre séjour à Cozumel. La chambre était mignonne. L'hôtel est très bien situé, bref c'était parfait

Exceptional

The place is very cosy. There is a small cute garden with tables, common space with a small kitchen and a fridge. The room was spacious, perfeclty clean and had everything we needed. I loved the embroided rags in the room! It's located very close to the centre, but in a very peaceful area.The internet connection was good and there was a bunch of cool places around to eat or drink something. Teresa was very nice, welcoming amd helpful. Totally recomnended!

The matterace of the bed was not very comfortante for me, but it's individual

A lovely place

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the sea and in the very center! It is a very cute and beautiful place, with a very nice interior yard perfect for relaxation ! Teresa is such a nice person very helpful and has very good advices !

Amazing stay in Cozumel

The location was amazing. Theresa was so welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great, the kitchen is very clean (there is no hob but has microwave and toaster etc). The room is comfy and air con great. The dog, Booking is very friendly too!! We would recommend here and would love to go back one day!

Perfect locaction, 5 mins by walk from Ferry, Nice and amazing staying

Teresa (Host) is very nice person! Very helpful, on my arrival day Inrecevied from her Cozumel map and she explained me what to visit, to see , where eat! Hotel is in typical Mexican style, very safe, clean. everything was perfecto

maybe the main gatw with padlock shold be change for electric one or normal key, sometimes it's to have open/close main door.

Highly rated property for good reason!!

This is a nice and clean property with a very good location. The courtyard is attractive and nicely landscaped. The amenities are very good for a budget hotel. In walking distance from Ferry Port, with plenty shopping and restaurant nearby.

Great place to stay for a few days on Cozumel! Perfect location in the center of San Miguel de Cozumel with a beautiful green courtyard. Our room looked a bit more "old-fashioned" in comparison to other rooms, but all was perfectly well & clean.

Fantastic little oasis in Conzumel

this was the BEST stay of our Mexico trip! the studio is beautiful, clean, comfy beds and nice terrace just for yourself + drinking water. quiet at night the location is fantastic - just 5mins from the port lots of great restaurants right on the street Teresa, the owner, is simply amazing! Gave us lots of tips where to go and is very friendly! can’t recommend enough!!!

We had a very good stay here! Everything was great. There is free coffee, good WiFi and booking, the cute dog of this place <3 There are different rooms. The new ones are just awesome and perfekt. The other rooms are a bit old, but clean and also good to stay. The host Theresa is really nice and helpful with everything, just ask her :) enjoy guys

This positive energy hotel will be my first choice for every return trip.

Everything was very good. The owner was pleasant. The housekeeping lady is very nice. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The fellow guests were all interesting and nice. The location perfecto.

Very good

The shared outdoor space was very nice and comfortable! We enjoyed hanging out with our friends outside and meeting other guests. The bed was comfortable and the overall facilities were good. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants and down to the malecon to watch the sunset.

Due to its great location downtown, the parking was a challenge. If the owner could locate a parking lot nearby that guest who come by car could pay for, it would be very helpful. The shower in our room (#8) was very weak, and the shower head needs changing. The shower also did not drain well at all. The showers in our friends rooms were much better. The bathroom needs some updating to make it a bit nicer.

Great stay and close to everything !

we were here for 2 days and everything was great about this place. everything was clean. it was away from the main strip but was very close to everything at the same time. The dog was super cute and friendly. the host made sure we were comfortable and helped us with what to do during our stay. we had a fridge so that was very helpful otherwise there is a communal area where you could buy drinks.

we did have some noise from outside but I think that just comes with the amazing location.
