Super lokalizacja w dobrej cenie !

Dostępność miejsca, lokalizacja - przyjechaliśmy na wystawę Picasso a do muzeum było dosłownie 5 kroków.

W apartamencie jest zdecydowanie zbyt miękki materac (ale jak wiadomo, co kto lubi )

Nothing, it was the worst experience when traveling with family

unsanitary conditions: spiders and cobwebs, bedbugs and cockroaches, wet and used towels in the closet the smell of mold in the whole apartment and the smell of urine in the unventilated shower room, the floor is not cleaned, the hood is covered with grease and posing a fire hazard, the electrical installation is messy and poses a danger to life, what about a family with children

The view would be nice for Spring, but maybe not so much during the winter. The apartment had lots of amenities for cooking etc. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

The location was a bit far from the city and the furniture was a bit old school.

Perfect location, nice view from the window, overall cozy apartament.

The floor was not clean, a lot of spiders, some of dishes were dirty, some furniture are a bit broken.

For family with small children

Easy to self check in. Nice neighborhood for walks and public transport was close and easy to get to. Warsaw centre is close. Market right outside. Public area inside the house was clean and welcoming, polite neighbors. There were enough towels for everyone. Electronic devices all was working well (we used microwave, washing machine, tv, radio and refrigerator), there were a lot of closets and shelves to store our stuff. Bed matress was really soft, but sofa was very comfortable for sleeping.

There is really loud railway and street right beside the house. Small tables were not stable, we had small children with us so it was not safe also floors were dirty and lot of spiderwebs around inside apartment. Be careful with windows and balcony because handles were falling out and balcony could only be opened all the way, couldn't open for ventilation - also safety issue for children. We travel with stroller and from the house front couldn't get in with it, had to bring up the stairs to elevator. But maybe from other side of the house was comfortable entering, we didn't check.

Exceptional

Perfect View over the River. Nicely and beautifully equipped. Found everything we needed for a nice stay in Warsaw. Even a book with tips was prepared. We walked almost everywhere or rented a city bike. And some nice bars and bistros are right around the corner. Yes, the traffic is quite noisy, but what else should you expect when living central in a city with almost 2 million inhabitants. The owners provided free ear plugs, so that was no problem at all for us.

Exceptional

Self-check in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Although the apartment is of moderate size, it has everything one may need for a relatively short stay. Good internet, huge TV (with Netflix), big supermarket close by, parks, vibrant river front, and places of interest in the walking distance (Kopernik Science Center, Old Town, etc.) - are far not all the benefits one can get with this apartment.

We arrived late in the evening and found the keys as indicated in the detailed description by the owners. The small appartment is in the 9th floor, with a balcony. It is well-equipped with everything one neeeds. The location is convenient for the conference centre; there are cafés and restaurants nearby.

When we arrived (early September) the appartment was very hot. We opened the door to the terrace for letting fresh air in, but had to close it later during the night because of the noise from the nearby busy streets and the railway bridge. We then kept the door to the balcony open during the following days, and since outside it cooled down, the inside temperature became bearable with the door closed at night. The bathroom is quite small. It has modern equipment but it lacks possibilities to put one's stuff. A few hooks and a holder for the towels would be convenient.
