Not satisfied with the solutions they suggested for us (as customers)

The customer service was good.

Had to change our rooms for quite some time and we decided to move out from the hotel and asked for refund and up until now, still no response.

Value for money but imperfections evident

Good location to Chinatown and transport links, bed comfortable, Good aircon, good shower, kettle in room provided as well as free bottled water.

This hotel was clearly something to be admired back in the day but there are a lot of imperfections such as stains on bedsheets, wires hanging down the ceiling, lots of marks on the walls, wallpaper in hallway peeling off. It says you need your key card for electricity but you don't and the on/off plug switches are just always on regardless. It also smelt like someone had been previously smoking in our room. It is also slightly inconvenient they make you pay a 100 MYR deposit especially when you leave the country upon checking out.

This hotel is a great place the staff were very helpful a very comfortable quite room and a 5 min walk to China town this is the second time on this trip i have stayed at the Signature hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again also great internet fantastic value

Good room but beware not get scam for passport copy when check-in.

- Clean room. - Soundproof from the outside noise. - Good location, not so far from everything. - wi-fi connection is good enough to watch video.

- The long hair braiding girl at the reception tried to scam me 10RM for a passport copy when I check-in 😡 when I told her I have never heard of that, then she said this time it's free. - the room is soundproof from the outside noise not from the hall way noise. When someone walking, talking or running past your room, you can hear it like it happened next to your ear. - pillow is hard like a rock.

Could not extend my stay so i booked this nearby hotel. There are better options with the same price range

Friendly staff

Room is quite old, the size is rather small for a queen room, no wardrobe & wall mirror. Pillows were hard to sleep on

Overall can accept for stay dont be high expectation, nice view with room see KL tower.

Reception is good and friendly easy to communicate in english only, place is good but not so easy to find because of a lot of hotel at that street, hotel building looks nice. Housekeeping and reception give good collaboration if I make any request for them.

For 1st night stay didn't has kettle inside the room ask for reception unfortunately housekeeping is not unavailable at the night around 9pm like that. Parking is not easy and if not get any easy parking can choose for paid parking in public area private parking which has early night rate which more cheaper and normal rate with RM3 per hour, not so good, inside room not provide wifi password, need to ask reception.

Location was good, kettle in room with coffee and free water everyday. The price is fair for what you get. Shower worked well on a good temperature, rooms were quiet. Housekeeping everyday too. WiFi worked really well in the rooms, doesn’t work downstairs in the lobby though which made it hard to order grab.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, the pillows were all lumpy, like they have been using the same ones for many years, they really need upgrading, had neck pain the next morning. Ended up using my jumper as a pillow. The bedsheets and towels were stained and often ripped. There was an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the bathroom above us was leaking through and dripping.

Comfortable stay in modern hotel

Room is clean and facilities is good, feels very comfy. Bathroom size is good, shower water volume quite strong, had a wonderful shower here.

Checked-in is slow.
