It was Ok, very basic, clean enough. Very central location. Staff was very supporting. You can pay for the stay by card. Close to the train station, surrounded by the cafes, restaurants, etc.
Initially no toilet paper provided.

All the receptionists were lovely and accommodating. I asked for a different pillow and they delivered one to my room. Free water refill is always appreciated. A wardrobe to unpack your things. AC, hot water and pressure were nice. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s like 2 minutes walking to the train station, a cafe nearby, and a good restaurant next door. The place is clean and comfy and good value for money.
The WiFi didn’t work in my room, only outside in the common sitting area.
A kettle in the room would be an excellent addition.

Very cheap and clean accommodation located near the Malang station.
Noisy in the evening due to the live music from the nearby cafe.

It was close to the train station and easy to stay in after the night train.
There was no toilet roll, no soap provided in the bathroom. After Covid, this is really a non-negotiable.
