La struttura ha necessità di una manutenzione generale neanche troppo importante ma alcuni dettagli sono assolutamente da sanare (copertura prese elettriche, muri e balconi rovinati...ect)

Good location, not far from the ferry. This was important to us because we spent a day in Messina. Friendly and helpful owner. He recommended us a good restaurant for dinner and arranged our transportation in the morning to the ferry. Thank you very much for that. He provided us with a delicious breakfast by asking and complying with our preferences. Provide us with a parking space in the yard of a neighboring house.
Upon check-out, we had to pay for the parking space provided to us (15 euros per day), although in our preliminary communication I indicated that I did not want paid parking.

We slept over on the way to Sicily. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. In the morning, he helped us buy a ferry ticket and drove us to the port.
