Lo están descuidando, desayuno pesimo, no es posible que la máquina de hielo no sirva y no te puedan dar un hielo en la cocina...
Tampoco puede ser que te hagan firmar la entrada y después te digan que no tienen habitaciones listas (increíble) que tengas que esperar 2hrs.
En el estacionamiento le pegaron al auto y no metieron ni las manos aunque no sea la culpa del hotel, el trato a sus clientes es bastante malo y mediocre, no les interesa que regresen, eso habla mucho de la calidad del hotel.
Ni modo la voz se pasará tal y como es, en especifico los problemas en cuanto a esa sucursal de Galerias y su la cadena en general.
