It was perfect and you can't beat the location and price.

The location is not easy to find, but the management was very good in getting us to the right area and location. The breakfast was great and free. You will not find find a better place to stay at Lake Como. The price was great, but you are very limited on places to eat from this location because if you leave your parking spot you may not get it back that night.

Nearby restaurants are not really nearby. Parking is 1/3 of a mile from the actual B&B, but the owner helps with luggage.

Amazing host and views over Lake Como.

Fabio our host was outstanding.Helping us with our luggage, organising dinner reservations, making lovely breakfasts and amazing coffee, picking us up from dinner and driving us to the train station. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is beautifully maintained with amazing views over Lake Como. Very peaceful and quiet.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had stunning views and everything within easy reach.

The location was perfect with amazing views across the lake and Fabio's instructions to get there were very precise. Fabio was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very pleasant sitting on the terrace with stunning views.

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed

The entire property is just stunning. Feels like it’s out of a fairytale. The area that it is in is so quiet and peaceful in the best ways possible. A car is pretty much necessary for staying here, but the drive to Como is quick and you can drive to a nearby boat stop to get to Bellagio. The host is the kindest person, helped us with all of our bags and was just super lovely all around. 10/10 recommend this place!

Villa albonica was an extraordinary place to stay, superb location and outstanding view, Fabio was super helpful. Would highly recommend it.

The walking distance when carrying bags into the villa or when checking out . We had two big bags , though Fabio helped us

Incredible view from quaint B&B on Lake Como

Amazing view, location and very relaxed vibe. Great internet as well which was a bonus. Fabio and Betta were very kind and helpful. Will happily return!

A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay on Lake Como.

The view from the front balcony of Lake Como is beautiful. The breakfast featured fresh croissants and pastries plus excellent granola, yogurt, juice and coffee. Fabio an his wife were warm and friendly hosts.

The location does require climbing quite a few steps up and down to the streets above and below. We enjoyed the exercise but this could be a concern for some.

One place not to be missed!

The host and owner Fabio was extremely accommodating from start to finish. The view from the rooms was amazing. The gardens and breakfast area was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfy and the breakfast and setting was the perfect start to the day. As good as the pictures are you have to see this place to really appreciate it.

The shared bathroom did not bother us as there are only ever two bookings at one time. We had our own toilet and we were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The stairs to and from the property are a good bit of exercise and you will be well rewarded with the view of the lake once you reach your room!

Great location for lake views and relaxing time

The location is just wonderful - the lake views are magnificent! You just can sit and relax, enjoy you time. :) The room / space that we had was big, clean and comfortable. Fabio also prepared continental breakfast that was a big plus to start the day, it was also great and filling. :) We will consider for the future returns. :) Thank you!

Just small add would need: information provided and more specific details of directions to the property if you taking public transport like bus, as it takes time to understand yourself were property is and how is the easiest to reach it by yourself.

Villa Albonico was fantastic. The property is located in a great area with stunning views of Lake Como. Fabio the host was amazing and the breakfasts were great next to the Lake with perfect background music setting the tone.

Beautiful view and great hospitality

Great location away from the busy streets. The view from the balcony is amazing! :) Our rooms were stylish, clean and spacious, we even had our own kitchen. The bathroom is shared but there‘s only one more flat so that wasn‘t a problem at all. Fabio was a great host, easy to contact, he showed us where to park upon arrival and helped us with the luggage. Be aware that the streets are very narrow (actually all around Lago di Como). Breakfast was served in the garden, so lovely and was delicious. We got many advices what to do around Lago di Como. The bus stops is around the corner, the next ferry stop about 20 min walk. We loved our stay so much and would come back any time! :)

Serenity and amazing view.

Not easy to reach (be ready for a good climb), but so worthy! The view from the room is just stunning. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my overnight thoroughly.

Wonderful villa in a perfect location

Meet Fabio the owner of this beautiful place that used to be his grandfather‘s summer residence. It‘s a lovely villa with a wonderful garden and astonishing view over the lake in an absolutely quiet setting.The residence has been thoughtfully renovated without losing its original charme (a lot of the old furniture has been kept). The sleeping rooms and bathrooms were perfectly clean - as were the garden and the kitchen area. Breakfast is served outside in the garden with nice views of the lake. We recommend this location to families and smaller groups! Fabio is a lovely host and exceeded our expectations!
