I thought the location was fantastic as it was in very close proximity to the metro and tram systems. The hotel fitted our brief for a base whilst exploring istanbul. The staff were so helpful.
I think a kettle in the room would be fantastic for tea and coffee drinkers. Reception. We're very kind and did offer tea and coffee but sometimes it's just nice to make your own.

very well located hotel. close to many stores and metro/ train stations. personal was very kind and friendly always willing to help. breakfast was good and fresh.
one day they didn’t clean the room even though we have put the sign at the door. the gel body wash and shampoo that the hotel offers don’t work. it feels cheap. some sheets and towels have stains and not in very good condition.
