Casa della Capra

Hervorzuheben ist mit Sicherheit die Freundlichkeit des Personals sowie die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Lago Mergozzo. Wir haben den See sowie das Örtchen vor ein paar Jahren kennen gelernt und es zieht uns jedes Jahr aufs Neue dorthin. Einfach Ankommen, Abschalten- Geniessen. Eine Unterkunft wie diese steuert natürlich noch den Rest dazu. Auch das Essen und das Frühstück in der gemütlichen Atmosphäre waren spitze. Vielen Dank an die Küche sowie das gesamte Personal für die wunderbare Zeit "Casa della Capra".

L’emplacement est idéal au bord du lac de Mergozzo, vous pouvez laisser votre voiture au parking et partir à pied directement faire vos balades parfait avec votre toutou. L’hôtel propose aussi une table que je vous recommande avec vue sur le lac très agréable.

La chambre était confortable mais le bruit de la climatisation et du mini frigo était gênant, la salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le prix est trop élevé par rapport aux prestations de la chambre.

Petit déjeuner, beaucoup de choix et énormément de choses faites maison. Choix des menus au resto, appréciable. Service soigné. Magnifique terrasse, endroit calme.

Manque une armoire fermée dans la chambre. Places de parking un peu étroite, il suffirait de supprimer une seule place pour être plus confortable.

Nice small hotel, with a nice outlook over the lake. very friendly welcome when we arrived. It’s a good hotel, just not for us really.

The food is delicious but the menu a bit small and limited if staying for multiple nights, given some of the main course options were unavailable. Didn’t expect the road to be so busy between the hotel and the lake, that wasn’t obvious from the images online and we also didn’t realise that the busy campsite is just over the road meaning that the lakeshore is very busy with tourists staying at the campsite and using the lakeshore immediately in front of the hotel. We would have expected a bit more service for the room rate paid, including water in the room in summer. It’s clear that a lot of time has gone into making this a great venue for cycling holidays and the set up is geared to that, which isn’t what we expected so perhaps need to make this clearer on booking.com? It felt like we were intruding on someone’s private home at times, so perhaps owners may need to think about clearer boundaries between personal and business space at this property.
