The staff Haneen and Yusef were wonderful

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is clean and i personally love the style. The breakfast was amazing.

There is no spa for women - just for gentleman

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I experienced during my stay. At check-in, the receptionist failed to return my passport and did not inform me that it was retained. This was only discovered at checkout, causing severe stress as I had a flight to catch. Despite multiple calls and personal visits to the reception, the staff member handled the matter very casually, failed to return calls, ignored the urgency, and only checked after I insisted strongly. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it involves a guest’s passport. Such a serious lapse should never happen. If a passport is mistakenly retained, it is the hotel’s responsibility to immediately inform the guest and properly hand it over to the next shift. This was clearly not done. Additionally, a simple request to Room Dining for English Breakfast Tea sachets was completely ignored. This is not the standard of service expected from a reputed hotel chain. I suffered unnecessary stress purely due to staff negligence, and this experience has left a very negative impression. I expect this matter to be taken seriously
