Property inside was clean
1. Outside area was not clean where we do braai, flowers / garden not trimmed.
2. Pool was dirty and jacuzzi was closed with no notice.
3. Bedding is old and towels were ripped.
4. Breakfast was very dry - it looks like it was prepped early and just warmed when we arrived.

That establishment can charge a lot more. They are private, effecient, and on par with any mainstream hotel, just quiet and suitable.

The breakfast and location were great
The bedding had stains on it
There were (I think) rats in the roof that made a noise the whole night long
No soap to even wash your hands
Only one set of towels
The towel in the bathroom was torn
The showerhead was broken or skew, so the shower was not up to standard
