ที่พักสวย ทำเลดีมาก วิวสวยมากโดยเฉพาะตอนเช้า

ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดเลย มีเส้นผมเต็มไปหมดเลย ฝักบัวอาบน้ำ ไหลเบา พรมที่ห้องฝุ่นเยอะมากๆๆ ดำมากด้วย พื้นข้างนอกตรงระเบียงสกปรกพอสมควร พนักงานทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยfriendly ห้องอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างเล็ก

Beautiful stay with family and love the sunset and sunrise where we could see from our window.

Beautiful pool. Great location and staff very friendly especially staff at breakfast time, very helpful.

Seems quite pricey for the off season but worth money spent. Air con a bit noisy.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der freundlichste Angestellte, war der Parkplatzwächter und Bellboy. Ganz lieber und netter Mann! Bei der Reception, je nach dem wer anwesend war, sehr freundlich. Für die Durchreise eine Nacht ganz ok. Das Frühstück, na ja als Westler sind wir uns anders gewohnt, als Thai Frühstück hervorragend.

Betten eine Katastrophe, Matratzen die eigentlich keine waren, hart wie Beton, ich habe fast nichts geschlafen. Die Klimaanlage bläst direkt aufs Bett, auch nicht gut. Wenn man die Türe zum Bad schliesst, wird es im Bad so warm wie es draussen ist, kein Vergnügen sich im Bad so auf zu halten. Lässt man die Türe zum Bad offen, damit es dort auch ein wenig kühl werden soll, ist die Klimaanlage überfordert. Dann sind die ganzen Gänge und Zugänge zu den Zimmern nicht gekühlt, bei 38 Grad Aussentemperatur eine Qual vom Lift ins Zimmer zu gehen, die reiste Sauna. An der Reception, wenn der Katoy anwesend war, da bin ich mir vorgekommen wie ein Störfaktor, der ist sehr sehr unfreundlich und ist an diesem Platz falsch! Der Preis fürs Zimmer, inkl. Frühstück ist sehr Überteuert. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat unbedingt eine Renovation oder Angleichung an den heutigen Standard nötig. Ich bin viel in Hotels unterwegs, dieses hier hat allerhöchstens 3 Sterne verdient.

Bed was good.

No check room before let the client checking in. My room’s lighting was of of order. They send worker to repair when we were in the room. And made dust and dirty. Until we asked for change the room. Finally we got changed room. Made inconvenient!!

Overall, loved it and will recommend hotel de ladda to any of my friends who travel here

Breakfast was very good, just missing bacon.

Pool was good. Maybe just needed a spa.

Great located hotel, staff could do with more training, and better stock control of food drinks.

Location ,beautiful views. Quiet and very clean comfy rooms. Good location for local area. Easy to park, breakfast was good, had plenty of choice.

Front of house staff were found to be very inadequate, after asking several times for towels for the pool area and not receiving them for 25 minutes, asking (in fluent Thai) for an ashtray and not understanding, asking for drinks( in fluent Thai) and not receiving them. We had to go into the reception in our wet swimwear, to obtain towels. Drinks menu was extensive, but not a lot in stock. All in all, for a supposedly 4 star hotel, front of house could have been majorly improved.

Exceptional

Beautiful setting and large room and was very clean.

Most of the facilities were closed (restraunt and bar). But I don't think the hotel was full. It was very quiet. Maybe things were still slow due to Covide, and tourism is slow.

for a few days of luxurious stay with the perfect view of the river and closest to some of the best food then this is th

spacious rooms, good options of breakfast and overall a great space to stay.

For the price of the rooms, some of the finishes and decorations of the hotel is quite rundown/outdated with some maintenance problems.

great location with good view of the river.

cleanliness is not up to standard, towels are too stiff and got yellow stained. the pillow is too high the bed is not comfy for me. air conditioning location is not good for sleeping
