The accommodation was much better than we expected based on the previous reviews. It turned out to be a great, clean, and quiet place to stay in Eindhoven. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a TV and a sink. The shared bathroom was always clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. The staff were very friendly, and we had no problems during our stay.
The only downside of the room was that it had many windows, which made it get very hot during the day. Unfortunately, only two small windows could be opened, so there wasn’t much airflow. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the light in the shower, although that may have just been our mistake.

Breakfast was without any luxuries but nourishing - quite good. Wifi connection stable and fast enough. Sound insulation was ok.
The whole building has no proper ventilation system - constant smell of stalled water everywhere (sometime smelled like sewers). Room has no utilities or even glass/tee spoon. Extremely cold in the room especially during the night - heating disabled even though there is radiator with size of the whole wall. Walls are covered with dirty spots. Bedsheets felt clean but had stain marks all over. Floor was clean however dust and/or dirt everywhere except floor. There was sink in the room and it smelled like piss (probably the result of single toilet for 10 rooms). Ton of dead insects in the protective screen of ceiling light. This is definitely not a hotel - more like student dormitory (and I can tell that in dormitories that I lived I had much better conditions).
