All very comfy and clean, could have done with a small table to go with the 2 chairs and a teatowel.

Easy access to Kaiapoi, and motorway through to Christchurch, onsite restaurant and bar (although did not use for visit), good hot water in shower
Had to have the heat pump on for the whole visit, Beds were too low, and some slates on the bed were misplaced making beds saggy, no extra blankets for colder nights. Spiders in room, and grit in one bed, appearance of sheets not changed.
