Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, very good location, just a few min walk from tram stops.

The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were great. Especially Catherine, she was just amazing and she even went out her way to leave me a card and chocolates in the room as I arrived to the hotel with an ankle injury and was in crutches. She brightened up our stay. She is just a really lovely person.

Big room, nice staff at check in, location very convenient for Oud West meeting location.
It’s quite old school (decor and vibe) and a bible in the room was quite indicative of this.

Comfortable bedroom, good bathroom. Friendly staff.
Noise easily heard from other rooms. Poor facilities outside of room.
