Great location and lovely staff
I don’t think kids should be able to run up and down making noise in the mornings. Woke up early daily due to someone else’s kids.

Great location and a really unique hotel concept! Being right next to public transport made getting around Amsterdam super easy. While we preferred walking into the city to explore different local spots for breakfast each morning, the location makes that very convenient. Would definitely stay again!
The hotel concept is super unique, so the room layouts can be a bit unconventional depending on which room type you get. It didn't ruin our stay at all, but it’s something to be aware of if you like standard hotel room layouts!

Staff was friendly and the hotel is very quirky and fun.
The location is close to the tram stop so easy to get to central.
We got a room that had the bathroom integrated, as we didn’t like the idea of shared ones. In that sense, it feels more like a hostel, which I wasn’t impressed about. The shower was spacious, great pressure, but but would flood within seconds. The room itself doesn’t have a window, or air conditioning. They also don’t clean the rooms unless you spend 4+ nights there, again, kinda hostel-esque. No shower mat or face towel provided, just the shower towels.

Location was perfect for our visit.
The room was stiflingly stuffy with windows that couldn’t open and a fan that simply moved around the hot air trapped in the room. When we asked at the reception about air conditioning or if the buttons on the wall related to a different fan than the one mounted in the room the staff member shrugged and said she had no idea.
The bathroom light goes on automatically which disturbs the other person sharing the room at night.
The room is the advertised size but there are no hooks or shelves to place anything on. I have no idea where one would have put a suitcase, we only had a small bag each luckily.
The bottom of the bed is missing slats which makes it difficult for the person sleeping against the wall to get in and out the bed.
