The location was great. The room was comfortable. The staff were very good. We liked the free tea and coffee
The room was comfortable but it was very small and storage was a bit of a problem. Had there been an extra shelf in the bathroom and one on the picture wall behind the bed, it would have really helped.
The lift was out of order the whole time we were there.

Good location for us, visiting family in Amsterdam. Modern rooms and bathrooms.
Shouldn’t be called a hotel. Just a lot of small rooms squeezed into an old apartment building. No hotel vibe, no breakfast (a common area more like dormitory standard). No complimentary water in the room, just a poster in the lift saying Amsterdam has the cleanest water in the world and a vending machine that sells water for 4.50 euros. Tip pay 49 cents in the nearby supermarket. Staff are quite indifferent it’s a transaction - you pay they give you a room key.
