The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. Nice shower, tv, kettle, coffee, tea etc. Breakfast had a wide variety of food on offer
The menu in the restaurant was quite limited. We are there on arrival. It was okay. The area was a little out of town (a 20 min tram) which was grand but the area was filthy. The street where the hotel was had lots of overflowing bins and we saw rats two out of three nights. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but they ought to lobby their council to clean up this public space. It was so disgusting!

Great view, close to tram
Not a lot of restaurants nearby

The big window and really comfortable
Was quite far away from the city centre but the tram stop wasn’t to far away from the hotel

I specifically booked this hotel as it had a hot tub. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance during the whole stay, This was not communicated to me at all until I tried to book it..
