Stuff is the best. Location is nice too. Kitchen is great.
Facilities, mainly bathroom and the shower.
The Toilet have seen some s**t and was heaving a metal breakdown, the shower had erectile disfunction when it comes to maintain a high position of the shower head, the hairblower was blowing with whispers about broken temperature controll. And the shower was a from MCU because it waz blending the border between the dry and wet areas - basically no proper water drainage and protection from splashes which resulted in the whole room being wet and streamy because no ventilation
And the biggest downside the tiles used for flooring in the bathroom are/slippery when they become wet, and they will become wet... So it means danger for safety.

Excellent and quiet location. It’s a 2 minute walk to the tram that takes you to Centraal Station. Very near Museumplein, Vondelpark, and has many interesting spots, café and restaurants around.
Bathroom in my room was old but clean nonetheless, however there was no exhaust so it can smell a bit. Floor was quite dusty. Doesn’t have air-conditioning although there’s a small fan that doesn’t stay still. Wish the lounge area was open after business hours

The location was ideal, as it was close to both the airport and the city centre of Amsterdam. There were also tram stations nearby, so getting to our desired destinations was easy and hassle-free.
The old towels were replaced with fresh ones every day.
In the lobby, we had access to an unlimited supply of tea and coffee, which we could help ourselves to at any time.
The staff were very friendly and always willing to help whenever we had any questions or needed assistance.
The view from our room was beautiful, and despite the convenient location, we could not hear any traffic noise, which made our stay even more pleasant.
One small disappointment was that we received bottled water during the first two days of our stay, but unfortunately, it was not provided during the following three nights. We expected it to be replenished throughout our stay.
However, apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The location was great. The tram stop was next to a hotel which is amazing for easy travel in and around the city. Walking distance from RAI which was my main target for the convention. Room was quiet and had a balcony which was nice.
The pictures showed nice modern rooms with high specs which I guess is in the main hotel, but I was given room B in the second building which was quite outdated and did not fulfill my expectations. There were stains on the carpet and on the curtains. Had to fiddle with the shower knobs to get the needed shower temperature. I wasn’t planning to watch TV, but the only time I found out it wasn’t actually working. I feel like there is an issue with the cable. And the lighting was poor and quite faint in the room.
