Great host, super friendly and social. Gave good suggestions. Apartment was nice and modern, well equipped, air conditioner was good. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small, but nice. Parking was easy and location also good, nice view to mountains and Kotor bay.

Priceless!

Firstly, our host, Vladimir is an excellent human. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, he was kind, attentive, funny. He treated my son and I like family. We are already planning our next trip with the rest of the family!! A million thanks!!

Exceptional

First off, the location and views are breathtaking. The pictures of the apartment are exactly what you get upon arrival, you can just sit back and take in the views of the bay from the patio area. The pool is another must have, you can just jump in and cool down. The host, Vladimer is just brilliant, he’s probably one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met, he had arranged for a car to and from the airport at a great rate. On the first evening he greeted us both, offered drinks and even went as far as cooking too. He is very knowledgeable in the local culture and history, there isn’t anything he doesn’t know this goes for the locals and Bussiness. He arranged for a speed boat tour, transport to and from porto montenegro via taxi at the ‘local’ rate rather than the inflated ‘tourist’ rate. We also visited the walls, Budva and some brilliant eateries again all recommended by Vladimer. If there was anything you needed he would get it sorted, nothing was ever too much trouble. I could go on, however I’d probably spoil it for you. So if you were thinking of booking , honestly please do.

Very good

You need to be ready with expressive host, this can be advantage or disadvantage if you like to be in calm relaxation. I liked him, but my daughter and wife were not so comfortable. Anyway, all the best to host Vladimir!

we were a group of 9 people and were all satisfied with our stay.

everything was clean and well equipped. ample of parking spaces. vladimir was very accommodating and kind. he waited for us and helped us with our luggages. he also explained everything in the apartments in detail. the view from the apartment was gorgeous.

washing machine was outside the apartment but it wasnt a big deal.

If you don't have your own car, it's bit difficult to reach. There are buses from kotor, but not very often.

lovely stay and host

Very nice apartments with everything you need for a stay at the coast of Kotor. Price/Quality was very good, maybe the best in the surroundings. Also the host Vladimir is very kind and toughtful. He will do and help you with anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly reccomend this stay, as said before i don’t think there is a better option in the neigbourhood for this price.

Perfect 10/10 stay

Vlad is an amazing host he truly is one in a billion. He made us feel welcome from the very beginning and would cater to our every whim. He really did make our time in Montenegro special and something we will never forget. The apartments are very clean and come with all the facilities you would need. Having a pool whilst taking in the view of the mountains is spectacular and we will definitely be coming back again.

Owner of the apartment was very help full, Awer car broke he arange as the autoservise, show as the road on his free time, We was waiting for the car he showd as the city told the story all about the city. The house are very clean, the swimming pool is a nice tuch for everything.

Very nice and warm hosts. Every day we received small gift: figs, watermelon, olives. At the beginning we got a welcome gift: various fruits, juice, beer and wine. Host very friendly, caring for the cleanliness and well-being of his guests.

Amazing place with all you need for relaxing and comfortable stay, with a beautiful view. Old town accessible by bus or taxi. Host welcoming, helpful and friendly. Everything went great.

A lovely place and the scenery stunning just a short taxi ride from Kotor Old town

10/10 Modern roomy apartment right next to the pool The owners were so helpful I was travelling alone and they picked me up at the airport and took me back when I left, ran me into Kotor walled town all free of charge Also every day they gave me a little treat, like cake, orange juice cheese and ham. They were so kind There is also a gift in the fridge for everyone when they arrive. I give the owners and the apartment top marks.

It was in a beautiful area but a bit of a steep hill to reach the apartment, if you were walking
