La struttura è tranquilla e circondata di verde. La stanza seppur un poco datata é confortevole e i servizi offerti per pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani sono stati rispettati.
E' un pò complicato raggiungere la struttura che si trova alla periferia di Catanzaro. Ciò perché la viabilità di Catanzaro é abbastanza complicata. Anche con il navigatore non é facile circolare perché le intersezioni delle strade sono in diversi casi complicate e in alcuni casi il navigatore cita strade con nomi diversi da quelli indicati dalla toponomastica. Ci vuole un pò di tempo per abituarsi.
