Great place with a truly authentic 5-star feel - extremely comfortable!
My only small gripe is that I accidentally broke a cup whilst trying to operate the coffee machine in my room and they wanted charge me £10 for it. I grumbled and they backed down. A small thing but it spoilt a perfect score.
