- wir mussten zweimal um Toilettenpapier bitten, weil der Zimmerservice scheinbar nicht den Stand kontrolliert hat
- einmal brannte es stark und sehr dicht neben dem Hotel (200-400m), das Personal blieb zwar ruhig, aber auch irgendwie untätig. Ich hätte mir erwartet, dass alle Gäste gebeten werden, das Hotel zu verlassen, bis der Brand vorbei ist. Es ist nichts passiert, aber ich wäre da als Hotelmanager ganz klar auf Nummer sicher gegangen, um die Gäste zu schützen.
- Rund ums Hotel gibt es wenig Infrastruktur.

The breakfast was very good and the terraces behind the restaurant are great.
The hotel needs being renovated as there are quite some places where reparation is necessary. I'm not going to show the pictures, because this could lead to generalizing a situation, but a few places need definitely being replastered.
In our room you can see that the shower and sink aren't as bright as before.
At the entrance of our room, there was a plant in really bad shape. This detail shows that the attention has lowered.
The price of the food in the restaurant, considering the portion and elaboration, is too high.
We changed places at the dinner, because of anoying ants climbing on the table, and at breakfast, there were quite some wasps flying around. These things can be avoided.
I was also really worried to hear, in covid times, a receptionist with a heavy cold and a staff member in the restaurant that was coughing repeatedly. I told this to that young woman of the reception, who didn't even wear her mask properly and who told us that many people had a big cold...She was clearly not really impressed by the importance of these basic rules.
As to the room : we were awakened by a truck in the very early morning, picking up all the waste of the hotel.
I don't know what has happened here, but paying a high price and a 5***** qualification come with high expectations. I'm being asked to write an honest review, which I've tried to do correctly without exagerating things.
