The location is superior, right on the bikini beach with a beautiful reef. Huge room, good amenities. They clean up deep every day and provide clean beach towels every night. Cleanliness is 10/10. The nepalese staff is great, very friendly, very good work ethic. You can rent snorkeling gear with a BIG discount. They arranged our transfers. Bed was comfy. There's AC in the room. Internet is good.
Price-wise the more expensive rooms don't seem that much better than the cheaper ones. It's very hard to find the manager in the hotel. When you book a tour or service you should always be there early because nobody waits for you - this happened to us twice. First, we were 1-2 min late to go to the lobby for a tour pick up and the group had already left without us. They arranged for us to go with another group after we made it a problem. The second time was for the check out and transfer to the ferry. We were told to be at the lobby at a certain time and we were there exactly at the time and guess what - the group had already left without us. And the staff was annoyed saying we were not on time... but we were, actually! Another negative thing was there were huge wasps living on the balcony, so we could never use it (I'm allergic), one day we found a dead wasp inside, maybe it's our fault that we didn't report it but we figured the staff already knows because they are in the room every day. The restaurant is mediocre, the breakfast is not that rich, definitely not worth 15eur compared to the other places on the island.

We had such a lovely time. The room was a dream and the island was paradise. We stayed on a few other islands but this one was our favorite. We enjoyed snorkeling with a variety of fish everyday and the restaurants had a great variety with amazing prices! We could always find beach chairs and shade. We looked at many other hotels on the island and this was in the best location with this nicest staff. We hope to return!

We was really overwhelmed with the sunset dinner that they arrange for us as it was our birthday on the day of the stay. Besides the activities was worth as it was more to private and only me and wife for the activites such as jigging, dolphine watching
The room was not as expected. No lock from inside. The manager told us to card access as it was broken.
The toilet room was the open concept which we really dont feel safe.
The lights of the dressing table was blinking/ flickering. after changing the bulb is was same. (dangerous)
We manage to get cheaper speedboat transfer which is not booked thru westsand. Cheaper $20. But the stay was like didn't even bother to send us to the jetty, which really shows their professionalism.
Not a place to stay on the next visit.
