Good location, close to the beach
I have to admit that I was initially quite sceptical about sleeping on a fold-out sofa, but in this respect I was pleasantly surprised – the sofa is actually quite comfortable to sleep.
Even though I brought relatively few belongings, I have almost nowhere to put them. I ended up having to spread my things across the tables, chairs and even the floor. Now imagine arriving as a couple, with twice as much luggage, and someone wanting to hang dresses or other clothes in a wardrobe – there simply is no wardrobe here.
A more serious issue is the bathroom. The shower area appears to have been installed without proper waterproofing, and as a result, the wall separating the shower from the common corridor is completely soaked through and covered with mould. There is also a strong smell of mould in the corridor (outside of appartment).
Overall, the apartment looks beautiful and the interior is aesthetically pleasing. For one person staying for a short period, it may be perfectly suitable. For two people, especially for a longer stay, I personally would not choose it.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator, which is a relief for travelers with belongings. The apartment is full equipped, the kitchen is equipped with spices, oils, coffee cartridges for first aid... The bathroom is functional, tidy with shampoos and towel sets. The terrace is small, but very pleasant with a view of a large fig tree and blooming oleanders. EXELENT!
Early in the morning it is a little more noisy because of the garbage collectors, but this is short-lived.

Very little, maybe that we had to pull bed out but it is a studio, so understandable

La ubicación es perfecta. La limpiéza, estaba todo impecable. La ambientación. Tiene una cocina completa con un refrigerador que tiene congelador. La tranquilidad del lugar donde se puede descansar perfectamente. Además la atención de la anfitriona Nathalie fue muy educada y atenta. Buenas toallas aunque no te cambian las toallas durante tu estadía, el baño muy cómodo. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Hay unas sombrilla, tabla de planchar, plancha y otros elementos de limpieza en el armario. El colchón es muy cómodo aún cuando no se trata de una cama sino de un sofá cama. Todo impecable.
No tiene hidromasaje como se anuncia en booking sino una ducha con duchador común. La TV solo cuenta con canales locales en francés y no tiene acceso a ningún tipo de streaming. No cuenta con ningún espacio de guardado para tus cosas porque todos los gabinetes, cajones e incluso el armario están ocupados con elementos del departamento.
