Definitely can recommend!

Just few mins walk to the Castle, the apartment is spacious and clean. Windows and also the wardrobe is big. Everything you need is there, including the kitchen stuff.

The stairs is a bit a steep.

Comfortable and great location.

Location, just outside the city walls is perfect. Nice size apartment. Good size beds. Enough kitchen equipment for a homemade breakfast.

Shower in the bath only with nowhere to hook. Wasn't an issue as only stayed one night. Bathroom was nice as well. Not a complaint, but had zero advance interaction with anyone prior to arrival despite numerous emails and messages. Don't worry, however, there's people who live at the residence so they'll be there to show you in.

Eventually, after our legitimate complaints were acknowledged, we enjoyed our stay.

The location for a family of 4 adults was perfect. If the bedrooms were separated from the dining area, television area, and KITCHEN as suggested by the photo of apartment 3 in the way the client has depicted it on Booking.com, I would have been writing a completely positive review of a self-catering Apartment.

As a courtesy, I alerted the owner through Booking.com of arriving 15:00 - 16:00 instead of 16:00. She didn't reply to Booking.com and I couldn't 'phone her because she doesn't speak English. We were met instead by a Czech woman who did make the phone call and then made us drag our luggage up a dangerous outside stone staircase while she stood in front of the proper internal staircase, hiding it from view. When I finally discovered the correct entry, the woman had even blocked the internal stairs with an empty clothes basket. I raised all these matters with the owner and settled the problems, with her giving us an extra apartment. By that time the two younger members of the family had booked accommodation elsewhere in disgust. The owner explained to my wife that the woman who deliberately misled us was a tenant on the ground floor. She should be evicted before Mrs. Gallstyl loses future guests. This problem is easily fixed. So that guests can make an informed choice the client should post room type and facilities by Apartment number in the excellent way that Booking.com has available. But avoid Apartment 1 altogether! The photos of the bathroom will show you why.

Clean apartment near historical centre

Very close to historical centre of Cesky Krumlov. Owner in charge of check-in seems a friendly person.

After knocking and ringing at the owner's door living downstairs, it took about 10 minutes until they would eventually hear us. Communication not so easy (no English or German), machine translation needed when interacting. A shower curtain for the bath tub is clearly missing to avoid splashing everywhere around.

everything is ok, except the stairway to my apartment is very narrow and steep

the aparment unit is comfy and clean, all equipment and facility is working well. price is fair.

highly recommended

great location. walk to old town. well equipped kitchen. high standard furnishings. exceptionally clean. lovely bathroom. comfortable bed. highly recommended once you are in. gaining access was unclear. we sent message through booking site but didn’t get a response. arrived banged on all doors finally host called out of a window and used phone to translate so a bit hit and Miss. once in very happy.

gaining entry was difficult. should sent message prior to arrival with instructions I think a couch instead of large wardrobe would be better

Very good

Great location, quiet area just outside of the village, easily walkable. Staff were very friendly. Large room with large bathroom.

Beds were hard as wood but even so we all slept well.

It was the second time weI’ve stayed at Villa and we highly recommend this accommodation! Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, immaculate bathroom and beautiful view. Everything perfect!

A good place near the Český Krumlov

The room is quite big and comfortable. Also if you need to cook there, all the accessories are prepared.

Bathroom doesn’t provide shower gel and body wash.

Worth visiting again!

The apartment was spotless. The kitchen in the apartment had everything you need to prepare a meal. The host very friendly. One of the greatest advantage is that it was located in the immediate vicinity of the castle, therefore, we didn’t have to take the car. I highly recommend!

Very tidy and comfortable place. Nearby the bus and train station, few minutes from main city's sightseeing. Owners are very nice even though they do not speak English. Room is exactly as you see at the pictures (35sqm room).

Very good

Didn’t understand a single word of what the old women said to us when checking in but we got the keys so it was fine. It was possible to use the parkingspot for a bit longer so that we didnt have to pay for parking on the day we left.

Very good price/quality ratio

Very uncomplicated check-in (clear instructions and no one bothers you :), nice apartment with real hard-wood floor on the upper floor of the family villa with separate entrance. With character that most hotels totally miss. Really 3-5 min walk to the castle (and the historic inner city) and still you have a very quiet residential neighborhood to relax at the end of the day. The hosts even provided a box with toys that our kids really loved :) Wi-Fi was good too.

It would be nice to have some salt and pepper in the kitchen. Nothing else to complain about.

Great location and comfy room

The location was great. Walking distance to the old town centre. The room was spacious and clean. Parking onsite in the garden.

The bathroom we had was equipped with a bathtub. Would be ideal to have shower curtains or the bathtub screen for the people who do showering in a bathtub to have a nice shower without splashing around.
