Place
Good location, it stays close to the road & the beach. You need 5 minutes by tuk-tuk if you want to be on the central of Hikkaduwa. The neighbors sell fruits and have the tuk-tuk.
Room
Clean room with useful furniture, comfy bed, balcony, shower. The room hasn’t AC. Good wi-fi.
Stuff
Polite and helpful owners. Understanding English.
Breakfast
There is a kitchen with refrigerator, a washing machine.

Spacious villa with great hosts. What a lovely and helpful couple, they helped us on the each step when we needed any information or support! Rooms are very clean, furniture and bathroom fitment are new, everything works good. There ia a wardrobe, hangers and all you need. Also available shared kitchen with new appliances. There is a good veranda on the second floor, good for drinks or breakfast, but there you can hear the noise from the road.
We stayed in the end of March, so A/C would be nice to have. Rooms are a bit small, but overall experience is good.
Located in a distance from the "centre". We had scooters, thus it was not a problem for us, but fot those who don't drive it might be not so easy to walkto all the shops, restaurants etc. Anyway, overall experience was good, I'd reccomend this place.
