Duże mieszkanie w stylu toskańskim - małe okna, ciemne wnętrze, belki pod sufitem. Dwie łazienki (!), dwie sypialnie. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Duża kuchnia, w pełni wyposażona. W kuchni, pod podłogą interesujący element starego wyposażenia domu - koło młyńskie. Goście zajmują parter budynku. Zadaszony parking, ogródek z altaną, taras, położenie na lekkim wzgórzu, blisko szlaku spacerowego w bardzo malowniczej okolicy. Odbywałem dużo spacerów z psem po okolicy. Gospodyni, która nie mieszka na miejscu, gdy trzeba pomocna. Wskazała nam ciekawe miejsca do zakupów terakotowych rzeźb. Dojazd do morza zajmuje 40 m, do Lukki 20 m.
Konieczne byłoby odsłonięcie tarasu od strony drugiej sypialni, by więcej światła wpadało do wnętrza. Pozwoliłoby to dogrzać je i bardziej wysuszyć. Na potrzeby ludzi z Północy Europy dobrze byłoby wkręcić mocniejsze żarówki. Niektóre ze sprzętów np. grill należy już wymienić.

l’accueil et sa générosité en terme des éléments mis à disposition (linge de toilette, ustensiles de cuisine…), le tout avec qualité et bon goût. Un grand merci à Loretta pour sa gentillesse et sa générosité
On a tout bien aimé. Reste un conseil : ajouter sur la confirmation de réservation de booking le no de la maison dans la rue : cette précision permettrait d’éviter d’aller jusqu’au bout de la rue, étroite et accidentée, avant de revenir pour trouver la maison - enfin ! - au tout début de la rue
