Great location right next to the gondola. There are some après-ski parties in New Gudauri (until 1am) but this apartment is on the back of the building so noise minimal if you prefer sleep early.
Very helpful host and quick to respond 👌🏻
All good, would stay again

Nice place to stay for three; great for a ski trip with friends; 2 minute walk to gondola ski-lift; easily accessible ski depot is quite handy.
noise isolation from the entrance door could be better but not a deal-braker.

Perfect location, very warm inside, very clean and comfortable. Definitely value for money!
It can be a bit loud at night because of the nearby bars
