Nice peaceful location with lovely views of the You Yangs and horses to watch from the cute front porch and the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was hot and had good pressure. It was a really quick drive into Lara for supplies and there's plenty of parking. The split system warmed up the room nicely which was awesome as it was freezing during our stay (ice on the car windows in the mornings).
Having to message the owner for the WiFi password (should be written down somewhere in the room). The microwave was dirty and there was lots of dust. It's a lovely modern bathroom with plenty of space but only 2 towel hooks. A freestanding towel rail would be a good addition.

Quick drive to town, beautiful views, quiet area
Needs to be more thoroughly cleaned. When we checked in bedside tables were sticky and dirty hadn’t been cleaned. Couch has stains all over it and crumbs everywhere under the cushions or between gaps of couch. Stayed here a few years ago in same cabin and same stains remain in couch.
