The staff are very attentive and kind. They don’t just carry out typical hotel duties, but go above and beyond to meet their guests’ needs in every way. I’d especially like to mention the excellent last-minute organization of a safari.
The hotel itself is fairly standard. Clean, spacious rooms in a quiet area.
The hotel offers a food service, but it doesn’t have a proper restaurant or dining area. You end up eating on the sofas in the entrance hall. Nothing too serious, but it feels a bit unusual.

We had an exceptional stay at The Village Heart near Ranthambore National Park. The owner went above and beyond for us—thanks to his incredible dedication and resilience, he managed to secure a tiger safari for our family even though everything was already fully booked. It was truly mind‑blowing how committed he was to making our experience unforgettable.
The hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was also amazing—fresh, tasty, and prepared with great care.
Overall, The Village Heart delivered far more than we expected. A perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Ranthambore.
A small thing to be aware of: the hotel is a bit farther from the train station, but TukTuks and taxis are easy to find, and the hotel can arrange pickup and drop‑off. The walking distance to the park gate, however, makes all the difference and turned out to be a huge advantage.

Tolle Unterkunft für die Kern Zonen 1-5. Babulah kümmert sich mit großem Herz um alles und jeden Wunsch, führt einen zum Beginn der Safaris - er war mit unser Highlight in dieser Unterkunft. Sein Lächeln und seine Gastfreundlichkeit waren so schön! Empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt nahe Ranthambore Nationalpark.
