The dormer room has 2 twin beds & another semi-private room with a twin bed. The downstairs toy room can be the 3rd bedroom for the pack & play. We have fast & secure WiFi and two flat screen Smart TV’s with YouTube TV channels and the ability to stream your favorite apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is washer/dryer in the downstairs master suite. We were in town for a bar mitzvah and stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property, which was close to everything (15-minute walk to Pearl St. mall, <10 minute drive to everything else). We enjoyed the back yard tremendously, and the home was outfitted w/everything we needed for our stay. One item to note is that the upstairs bedrooms have low ceilings. This wasn't an issue for our 10-year old daughter, but her grandmother had to be mindful getting in and out of bed in her bedroom. There is also a fourth "bonus" sleeping area in the loft that could accommodate additional children, but it opens up to the downstairs so may or may not be appropriate depending on the family. We would highly recommend this place for anyone needing three separate sleeping areas.

We loved our stay here. Boulder is such a special place to us and this property was a perfect place to host us during our short stay with friends and babies/kids. Plenty of room, great backyard and the play room was a hit.

This home was perfect for our visit to Boulder. We had two couples and the two en suite primary bedrooms worked out wonderfully. Diane is a thoughtful and helpful host. Highly recommend this home for your Boulder vacation.

We were able to take possession early due to the place being available and fell in love with it. So clean and decorated with so much care. They have prepared for their guests with a lot of thought. If we forgot something it seem to be their for us to use. Diane was so very nice to work with and we so appreciate everything she did for us.

Charming private house with more space than expected. Comfortably furnished and decorated- felt like home immediately. Very well appointed - all the necessary kitchen supplies and bath (soap/shampoo/conditioner/hairdryer/ straightener). Easily slept our group of 6 in two primary bedrooms each with a full bath, a sleeping loft for 3 and a half bath. All beds were very comfortable with new bedding! Great communication and responsiveness from the host. Only regret is that we didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the lovely back yard. Easy walk to Pearl Street shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend and will stay again!

Our family of four visited Boulder for the first time so we could take a campus tour of CU with our junior. The house is just as advertised and was perfect for us. We were able to walk to Pearl Street easily and very close to campus for our visit there. The house is less than ten minutes from hikes and walks and we also drove to Eldora which was a short drive. We would rent the house again and if our son does end up at CU we will stay here for our weekend visits.

This is such a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Boulder! My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and our grandchildren, 3 and 1 years. The owners have toys, and baby equipment available and are so generous providing staples as well. The kitchen is very well equipped and the entire house is charming and attractive. We enjoyed being able to walk to Pearl Street as well as local playgrounds. Plenty of activity even during a snow storm. Diane is an excellent host and communicator!

This home is AMAZING -- perfect location (walking to dinner every night was a treat), comfortable, clean, well-supplied, beautifully designed . . . we especially loved sitting in the back watching the autumn leaves fall. We spent five nights here and were delighted with the location on a quiet side street populated by architecturally unique older homes. Parking is off street and the area is wonderful for walking… we felt very safe throughout the area. The house itself is immaculately clean and has a well stocked kitchen that lent itself to eating in. The primary bed was very comfortable and the adjoining bath impeccable. We spent hours on the secluded patio enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to Pearl Street and minutes to drive to innumerable stores. Diane was very communicative and easy to work with. Our only other observation is that living room seating is limited despite ample dining space and am sleeping space. Overall a delightful experience.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing property for several weeks while visiting family and it felt like a privilege! The owner Diane has thought of every small detail to make staying there feel like home. The house is impeccably maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, the master bed was very comfortable and the backyard was private and lovely. Even the bathrooms were great; spacious and full of small and useful touches. The proximity to Pearl Street Mall, shopping, hiking, biking and day trips make this the best place we’ve every stayed. We can’t wait to come back again next year!
