rv resort for $190 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy your time away at our home at White Horse Park, a bayfront community with all of the amenities you need and just a short 15-minute trip to Ocean City! Get the best of both worlds with a quiet, relaxing community but also all of the amenities you're looking for on your vacation. Pets are a part of the family, so we welcome up to two dogs to join you on your vacation (sorry, no cats). Our home is a simple, quaint rental with just what you need for a restful trip. The Property This three bedroom unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with a small tv, a living room with seating for five and a large, flat screen tv on the wall. The kitchen includes all basic pots, pans and utensils, a crockpot, dining table for 6 and all the basics you could need. With three bedrooms and four beds, we can sleep up to four people at a time. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed (60"x80"), bedroom 2 has a full sized beds (54" x 72") and bedroom three has a bunk bed with two twin beds (39" x 75") for the little ones. With a washer and dryer in unit, free WiFi, parking for two, a gas grill and a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful weather, our property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The Community At White Horse Park, you will have access to a community pool (passes provided), a bay front waterfront, pavilion and playground, all within walking distance of the rental. Enjoy this quiet, quaint community right on the bay. The Location Enjoy all of the beach activities, while also enjoying calm & quiet at our home in Berlin. Ocean Pines is about a five minute drive away, with your basic dining, shopping and golfing. In just 20 minutes, you'll find yourself in Ocean City, Maryland, where you can immerse yourself in any beach activity you could think of! From public beach access to all the seafood restaurants you can think of, Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, mini golf, or Ocean City's Boardwalk, you have all of the best beach attractions at your fingertips. What to you need to know - The minimum age to rent is 25, in order to protect our home. There are a max of four guests, as required by the county. - No smoking in the home - Up to two dogs are permitted with a $75 pet fee - We use Blink cameras (outside of the doors only) to confirm arrival and departure time and to provide security, both to you and while the house is unoccupied. There are no video cameras in home. - You can bring your own linens, or use ours, as long as you wash and dry prior to your departure. Depending on which rooms you intend to use, we recommend bringing queen sheets with deep pockets for bedroom #1, full sheets for bedroom #2, and two sets of twin sheets for bedroom #3. - Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m. We look forward to hosting you!

Quiet, peaceful location that was close to the beach and all of our destinations! Well equipped and very clean. Only downside was the gas grill was not working.

House was small but clean and convenient location to stores, restaurants, and Ocean City beaches (approx 15 mins). The neighborhood was nice. Good pool area a short walk within the park. There were some minor issues: a couple lights that didn't work and the lock on the front door didn't close tightly from the inside. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had basic pots and pans and mixed silverware to use the home owners provided all sorts of baggies and paper towels as well as all the things you might need while vacationing at this residence. Now for the one downside A/C is all but non existence we were there while it was very hot out and I understand home owners asking that it not be turned below 72, but when it is 90 degree plus days out this setting does nothing to cool the home. Other than this issue I would give place 5 Stars and recommend to all.

The place was nice. One room was smaller than I thought, but we made it work. This place supplied all the items you would need so powder dish liquid, but the only thing wrong was it was so hot out and the air conditioner wasn’t pushing enough air and every time I tried to get the manager to do something someone else came out, but nobody did anything to fix it, they did bring a portable air conditioner but they wanted me to put it in and it’s not my job to do that but overall it was a nice place

Items from other people were in the unit, especially for children. Outside was not taken care of blinds were all haphazard

The property was nice....the house was pretty spacious and very clean ...well stocked....the only complaint is that the key did not work in front sliding door...had to use back door....other than that everything was perfect

The place was neat and clean. It had all amenities that we needed. Communication with the property owner was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and has a pool and bath house. Perfect place for families if you want to retreat away from the busy boardwalk but also a short drive down the road to the beach.

I give it 5 stars when a place is just as it’s advertised and even a little bit better. For a mobile home it’s super spacious, the A/C works great, the community is cute, house in full working order. We had a great time.

Quiet location with convenient access to OC. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets and cookware needed. Community neighbors were all friendly. Would book again!

We enjoyed our stay. Doug was easy to get a hold of. The location was great at White Horse park, their pool was really nice. The home itself was nice, of course a little work needing to be done but nothing that was a major inconvenience. I did let the owner know of some issues/broken items and he was aware of those issues and waiting for his maintenance to get these taken care of. Place was stocked well with toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen items. We had some of the hottest days but the house stayed nice and cool with the AC and fans. Overall had a nice time.

The property is just ok
Upon arrival the temperature inside was 81. After and a couple of hours it was 84 I called Doug property manager and he had me lower the thermostat to 70 degrees it took most of the evevning Later in the evening we tried locking the front door the door would not lock. I called Doug and explain that the lock looks like it’s broken. He texted thru Vrbo he called the maintenance man and left several messages but did not return his call. The property is located in white horse trailer park and not in ocean pines The mattress is sunken and needs replace in the second bedroom

The park is nice and place was a not we arrived to find trash in the trash can, the beds in both rooms were horrible if you have a bad back I wouldn’t stay here we had to sleep on the couches. Also when we arrived the sliding door for the room my husband had to fix. And then I was harassed after by the property owners for leaving a mess that was not there! Would never recommend this property!

Looks Just as Advertised!
We really enjoyed our stay at Doug's and Mary's at Ocean Pines.
The place looked exactly as advertised via Vrbo. Everyone at the property were nice and everyone waved at you. Our son had a blast at the pool and getting to Ocean City took only about 15 minutes to get there. A very good rental for sure!

We have been coming to ocean city since 1994 so we are very familiar with the area so finding a place usually is not an issue. We booked our stay short notice so not many options we available. So we decided on 375 seahawk lane. To start the park is a nice park reminds me on home out dog loved it too. But a lot of things were not up to par in our opinions. One the place was not keep very well you can tell the cleaning is very spotty. 2 the house looks like it was makeshift put together, example the room you walk into I can definitely tell you use to be a screened porch turned into a living room. The master bedroom use to be the living room/ original entrance. That side of the house btw gets ridiculously hot at peak day. We had no issues with the a/c luckily, but the worst part about the house is that there was no thought put into any kind of safety I am an elderly handicapped woman and there was nothing to hold onto getting in and out the shower there was a step up and down to go into my bedroom and the living room. The property owner doug was very friendly but the house was not up to our expectations. I would return to the park but not that house. Simply because of our experience and I found out the woman that owned it prior was found dead in the house. Oh and honestly I would have left the bunk room as a laundry room. That room is only good for 2 very small people and to sleep in and thats it. Sorry if it feel like I am exposing the flaws but that is what a review is for. Thank you.

Small Place With A Lot To Offer.
Very nice place to stay, the people through out the neighborhood were very friendly always waving. Everything you needed was not to far away, 10 minutes from Ocean City . If I had questions there was a response right away. Dougal's and Mary have a good thing going! Definitely would recommend to my friends, looking to come down. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Good location away from the hectic downtown of OC but quick to get there. Very quiet. Parking and security is good. Clean. Very well stocked. Close to Food Lion & Walgreens. Pool was large & lots of lounge chairs. Plan on staying again.

The park is secure and quiet, nice to walk around with the dog. Security staff at the entrance were helpful. Access to stores, restaurants within 15 minutes. The unit that we stayed in was adequate...nothing fancy. I'm not sure it was worth what we paid, but I haven't priced other places - this was a quick, impulsive search to find a place for a few days with a dog. The owner was helpful - I had to call twice, and he was helpful each time. We paid a cleaning fee, but I'm not sure why...unless that's a deposit that comes back if we left the place in the same condition as we left it. My wife cleans houses as her job. She could have spent another 2-3 hours there cleaning things that we not from our stay (dog hair, sand, etc.).
