Virtual Reception with text message information about check-in procedure was working well. You just have to follow the instructions exactly as described. Fridge and kettle were working. Linen were clean, hot water in shower good. You get what you pay for; given the central location this is good value. Food and restaurants within short walking distance - even a bakery open on Sunday mornings. Internet and TV were working.
I would expect a glass or cup to use the kettle for your own coffee or soup. Scaffolding in the back yard right outside your window is not that good for privacy but it will hopefully end some time.

Vicinanza al centro della città , prezzo molto contenuto, se hai bisogno di qualcosa basta telefonare al titolare
Sostanzialmente non ho nulla da segnalare. C’è molta gente straniera ma da qualche parte dovranno pur stare! Magari una presa elettrica vicino al bollitore e qualche bicchiere da usare.

Naja Personal öffnet mehrmals ohne zu klopfen die Tür,
Trotz täglicher Reinigung keine Reinigung bemerkt.
