Wonderful property as advertised with an amazing view and location. Made for a wonderful stay which topped expectations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo property, especially the breathtaking view, pristine living room, and well-equipped kitchen with boogie boards for added fun. The balcony was truly remarkable. However, there were a couple of areas that need improvement. The bathroom had an unusual smell, and the shower curtain was stained orange, which made us feel uncomfortable while showering. We suggest considering a remodel with a glass door or regular replacement of the shower curtain. One of the main reasons we chose this unit was the washer/dryer availability. Unfortunately, there was only one set for the entire property, and it was always in use, making it challenging to access. It may be worth reassessing whether it should be advertised as an amenity. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the TV, which did not work during our stay, particularly inconvenient when we were stuck indoors due to the storm on our last day. It would have been great to have the TV functional for entertainment during such moments. We didn’t complain because it wasn’t worth it, but it should be noted that it may not work during your stay. The AC ended up costing an additional $10 per day. This wasn’t mentioned in the description and wasn’t a big deal for us, however, this should be mentioned in the description. Overall, despite the shortcomings, we appreciated the positive aspects of our stay. The owner made it very easy to check-in & communicated everything very well.

Denise was the most accommodating host and communicated very well. Her condo is lovely and has beautiful ocean views. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

My wife and I had such a great time at the condo! Beautiful location and you literally can't get closer to the water than this even with high-end hotels on the island. We loved walking next door to the beach house restaurant for sunset drinks and just a short drive from so much in the area, we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful location, you can’t beat the scenery. Wonderful accommodations, there was everything you would need in this condo! We love the bed, two large couches, very nicely equipped kitchen. One of the best things was the promptness of the owner, she was the best, and a very good communicator! It’s hard to leave today!

Denise is the hostess with the mostest! While we weren't able to stay in the specific unit we booked due to construction delays, Denise provided a perfect alternative. She was attentive, forth-coming and always quick to respond. I can't say enough good things. We stayed in #406, the top floor and it's gorgeous. The view and sound of the ocean is mesmerizing. And we saw sea turtles from the balcony too! The location is ideal, snorkeling and surfing just steps away. We will definitely be back! It was the perfect place to stay.

This place is absolutely amazing! Great location. Can see turtles from the lanai. Place is fully stocked with everything you need! Surfers every night. Sunset around the corner. Convenient to everything but quiet. I will be back!!

I cannot review the unit itself because we had to move to another unit due to a water leak in the unit above Denise’s. That said, Denise called us as soon as she could to let us know we would not be able to check into her unit. She had already contacted another property owner who luckily let us use his unit for the duration of our stay. Highly recommend renting from Denise as she made a potentially disastrous experience stress-free. I will also say that this building is in a great area! Very close to shopping and in what seemed like a very safe area.

This location in Poipu is perfect! Well decorated. Has everything you could think of to need. Can see turtles from your balcony. Absolutely wonderful! I can’t recommend this location or the owner enough. Denise was quick to communicate with us and take care of any issues we had.

This condo was beyond amazing! From the minute you walk in the door and see the fabulous view, your vacation begins. The condo is right on the ocean so the view is breathtaking. There’s a great little beach right next door, along with a very good restaurant called The Beach House. I had the best shave ice right across the street. Close to other good restaurants as well, but isolated enough to be quiet. Everything about this place was utterly fantastic. The kitchen is newly updated and is equipped with most of what you’d need to prepare a meal, sans food, of course. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The outdoor lanai was so inviting. There was a lot of beach gear on the patio, including chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. They also provide two beach towels which came in handy. One less thing to pack! The entire place was immaculate. The photos don’t do it justice. You seriously have to see it in person. I’ve stayed in a lot of homes via VRBO, and this was certainly one of the best. Denise was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. If you find yourself in this part of Kauai, do not hesitate to book this property. Simply the best. I look forward to returning here again.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Slept comfortably with windows open at night. Many updates to condo made for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Denise was very prompt to respond to our request for an early arrival. Thanks again!!

The pictures are accurate. It is a lovely spot to sit and relax. I watched the sunrise from the balcony every morning. There's fancy & casual restaurants within walking distance. The condo has a nice binder of recommendations of activities, shops, restaurants, groceries, you name it. The bathroom lighting is a bit low, think mood lighting. Just something to be aware of if you need to pluck or do serious makeup. Not something that would deter me from staying (see that view). There are games that may never be played, (the condo as a whole has a mini library), there's beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, etc.) beach towels for your use. Speaking of towels, they were so soft I would love to know what they use on them! I had a great time and will definitely be back to the island. This is a definite choice to come back to if it's available. Mahalo for allowing me to enjoy your condo!

Beautifully remodeled condo on the water. Sunrise and sunset were magical Be sure to go to the Wednesday farmers market. We also loved the pizza place in Koala and the food trucks there too We stayed 5 nights in Princeville and 5 nights here and it was the perfect trip. Favorite positive- being 3 stories up the roosters do not wake you up, the bed is very comfortable, everything you need to cook a meal. Negatives- once the sun comes up it’s really hot in the condo, even with the ac on. Laundry is paid, the parrots that poop on the cars are no joke. Snorkeling tip/ Best in the area Koloa landing

Due to the pandemic, I haven’t been back to Kauai for 3 years. I forgot how much I love it there. This was my second stay in this 3rd floor condo and it was even better this time (if that is possible). Well stocked with beautiful cookware, dishes, appliances and staples. The view from balcony is incredible. Denise continues to be a great host and is always responsive to communication. I can’t wait to return.

Nice updated place in Poipu. Although it's close to the road, noise isn't an issue. REALLY NICE AC unit for the bedroom! And great trade breezes during the day. For the cooks, the kitchen could have better fry pans, but knives are of good quality. Overall a nice place to be! Thanks!

It was just what we needed and wanted for our stay:) perfect size and space and had everything that we needed for our stay. Bonus is the 5 turtles we saw outside by the rocks, just playing in the water!

We absolutely LOVED staying here for the first part of our honeymoon. The view was stunning but --more than that -- we found the location to be absolutely perfect for accessing the entire island, including the far western beaches. And, our hostess was extremely communicative and accessible. In short, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were floored how amazing this space was. Very thoughtfully designed space and roomy for two people. The owners are very communicative and sent lots of notes and tips firsthand, which made it feel like they are very hands on. We enjoyed the big ocean view and it kept the space cool. Close to many great restaurants and shopping places, this is a convenient location as well. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise!

We loved every minute at our beautiful Poipu condo. The location was perfect and our view couldn't be better! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful quiet location.
