Location. interesting decorations.
Not suitable for senior citizens, the staircase to the elevated bed did not have an adequate railing and was a significant fall risk. The sofa was uncomfortable and poor lighting.

The apartment had lots of character and features. In a great location. Lots of space and kitchen living room was especially cool
Its quite noisy outside until about 2am. The older shutter windows and door didn't offer much soundproofing. But I had earplugs that helped a bit. Also not a problem to me but nay be worth showing a photo of the steep spiral staircase

Huge space, uniquely decorated and styled.
Tight spiral staircase and everything creaked.

The house is beautiful and well decorated with all the old fashioned items on display.
Location was good, next to the city center and close to all the main points
- The owner gave us wrong information about the ZTL (traffic limited zone) which will probably result in a fine
- The bed was on an elevated loft-style platform, and it was very uncomfortable to climb up to. In addition, the ladder used to access it was quite dangerous, as it had no handrail.
- Wifi did not work a lot of the time
- There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom.
- There was no regular table, only a bar-style counter with high stools.
- The room was located above a bar which had loud music until 01:00 and was quite noisy
