Location - right in the middle of the action. Shops, convenience stores, restaurants, massage shops and the beach all within easy walking distance.
Price - Not Luxury facilities but all the basics you require
A kettle was provided on request.
A TV was available but only Indonesian channels available apart from one channel..There is a USB stick feature if you want to bring your own movies on a USB stick
Two small bottles of complimentary water provided then you buy your own
Soap provided but no shampoo/conditioner
Reasonable air conditioner that cooled well
A shelf for the bathroom to hold your items would have been low cost to install.
Replacing some damaged items could improve the image although they were still functional.
A tidying up of the electrics would improve the image

Cheap and cheerful. Good location. Secure locks. Hot shower. Clean linen and floors.
A bit small. Shower over toilet so everything gets wet.
