Location was really good, so close to everything and trams right outside the door
Rooms so small, photos make it look big. Basic amenities like toilet paper, towels,coffee and sugar you need to ask for. They were accomodating in giving it, but it was an inconvenience as at times you couldn’t go to level 3 yourself as the key isn’t activated. Also the phone inside the room isn’t a phone but an intercom.

Location was good and premises was clean
Shower is small and shower head in middle of shower on the roof so trying to put soap on whilst water is running on you makes it very hard (this is a design fault) and bed was slightly on the hard side.
