Very, very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Hosts were very responsive to questions, and the location is great - close to a lovely small beach, close to town centre, but far enough from town centre that it's quiet. There's some traffic noise but, if you're used to living in a busy town or city, you won't even notice it. Close to shops for groceries, etc.
Would have been handy to have a bar of soap in the bathroom - we arrived late and very tired, and didn't have anything with us, as we planned to go out shopping for supplies in the morning. Small thing, but helpful when checking-in late. Otherwise, there were towels and a hairdryer etc. waiting for us.
