Location was god, staff were friendly and courteous, rooms were cosy and comfortable.
Facilities need to improve like room dinning, complementary water, free toiletries, tea maker

Location, welcoming, familiarity as been lots of times. Manager Ralph had GSOH
Some of the staff looked miserable. Need’s refurbishing.

The location
Room was tiered, in need of an update. Fridge and hairdryer should be standard in this day and age.

I liked the staff and the breakfast was good.
I liked the food served by the staff near the poolside.
The room offered was disgusting - nothing like it was advertised. The pillows were filthy and the rood was indequate, there was building works outside the hotel room area. I complained and was moved.
It would be helpful if the breakfast could include a vegan option, there was meats and dairy. If I did not eat meat, I would be having dry bread and baked beans. The hash potato was strange it had a doughy taste.
The meals served by the pool could also include a vegan option. Dairy (cheese, milk, eggs) are not vegan.
