Price, location near central and bus station. air condition, room size, balcony
For the price you get what you pay for. The water disappeared on the second day though it’s beyond the owner’s control but guest should consider this it started early morning and lasted the whole day. This could happen anytime.

Exceptional accommodation; clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was amazing, with all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped.
The owner was very kind, respectful, and responsive. He replied to messages quickly and was always helpful whenever needed.
I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Location of both places
Well.. my original apartment had issues so was moved to another one, not far. Nice place.. great location. I would give 5 stars.. but cant.. first of all... very impersonal check-in. Lack of organization. For some reason everything is texting via WhatsApp.. tried to call to talk..but been rejected. one of partners speak no English. .. so coms via WhatsApp . The other does speak..but it was a bit a mess..lack human touch..and it was annoying.. Suppose to get breakfast. Agreed that will be brought up to my apartment night before. It wasn't. It was brought next door apartment..have no idea why.. now i have to bother them by texting how do i get it from there. But was no answer.. until i already was in town to look for breakfast.. which cost me 17 eur. Not happy.. Honestly. .. pleae sort out communication and information regarding apartment....and leave some sort of instructions about stay ..so people will know what is going on.. how it all works. It was frustrating.. 3rd night i stayed in apartment i booked originally. I absolutely hate such B&B concept. Bought up half of the floor.. or one big massive apartment and turned rooms in B&B. It was massive kitchen for everyone use. Then 4 or 5 separate rooms. So its like mini hotel. I had massive 4 bed room,, with "private" bathroom , which was 3 doors away along the corridor. Room was clean , bathroom too.. but very old fixtures.. does need replacement of all shower.. lack of information which key to use for what.. so it took me a phone call to the owner to understand.. how unlock.. found easy. Not far from central station. The only thing i loved is actually silence to sleep in.. as window was in to courtyard side. I really missed personal check in and welcome experience. I was asked to pay 4 eur city tax. Could of because of breakfast situation do not charge me..
