A localização é excelente para quem quer ficar próximo às principais lojas e acessar outras partes da Ciudad del Este.
O café da manhã é muito bem servido.
O roof Top do hotel proporciona uma experiência a mais.
Tive muita dificuldade em entrar em contato com o hotel após fazer a reserva pelo Booking, gostaria de fazer uma observação sobre nosso horário de chegada. Via canal de comunicação do Booking o hotel não estava respondendo as mensagens.
Ruídos de outros quartos e da Rua.
Hospedes Fumantes.
Valor dos pratos do restaurante do hotel desproporcionais.
Relação benefício custo deixa de ser interessante, porém com a alta procura imagino que o valor não reduza e que os serviços e produtos oferecidos pelo hotel não mudem.

A localização é ótima, o café da manhã excepcional, o Restaurante no terraço serve uma comida excelente com um valor ok, ambiente muito agradável.

The location was OK, restaurant food was good.
The place is supposed to have terrace bar and restaurant, but it seems to have been closed already some times ago. The whole spa service area was empty as well. The room and the whole building was cold, on the second night there was no hot water in the shower, everything felt half-kept, even toilet paper holder was fixed by tape which gave up on second day.
