We communicated directly and collecting keys was very smooth. All together, host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our short stay very pleasant.

The apartment was surprisingly well equipped, it's really cozy, and it has a great view on the mountains.
The ski instructor they recommended wasn't too helpful. A bit more energy outlets in the rooms would have been good.
